No product knowledge required — we provide full training. Your job is simple: Talk → Understand → Show → Follow-Up → Close the Sale. 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Attend Walk-In CustomersUnderstand customer requirement (purpose, budget, design preference) Show relevant models Build trust and guide customer confidently Convert walkthroughs into orders 2. Handle TeleCaller Transfer LeadsTalk to customers over phone Explain product benefits Share photos, videos, catalog Push for showroom visit Close deals when customer is ready 3. Follow-Up ManagementDaily WhatsApp follow-ups Send quotations & proposals Maintain clean communication tone 4. Prepare QuotationsUse ready templates Customize as per customer requirement Send on WhatsApp + save in CRM 5. Update CRM (Bitrix)Lead status updates Notes after every call Follow-up reminders 6.
