Update CRM (ZNI) daily with call status and lead details. 5. Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive call tone. 6. Coordinate with the sales team and ensure lead conversion. 7. Track follow-ups, reschedule calls, and maintain daily reports. EDUCATION Minimum Education :- Technical Education :- EXPERIENCE Graduate in any discipline Basic Computer Knowledge Minimum Experience Telecalling :- 3 YEARS+ (OR SALES) Preferred Industry :- Tiles / Sanitaryware / Building Material / Furniture / . Credit Card/ Real Estate / Doors / Home Appliances. . BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS 1. Good Hindi & Marathi - speaking skills, basic English understanding. 2. Confident and clear communication tone. 3. Target-oriented, positive mindset. 4. Ability to handle objections and convert to walk-ins. 5. Knowledge of Google Sheets / WhatsApp / CRM (basic training will be provided). 6. Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills.

Strong communication in Hindi/Marathi (basic English preferred). 2. Confident, persuasive personality. 3. Ability to work under targets and handle pressure. 4.
