Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate sales team in Sector 49, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
  
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
  
• Negotiate sales deals and close transactions effectively.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure smooth deal closure.
  
• Maintain and update client databases and sales reports regularly.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Basic understanding of real estate laws and documentation.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  
• Must be located in or willing to work in Sector 49, Gurugram.
