The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Negotiate sales deals and close transactions effectively. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure smooth deal closure. Maintain and update client databases and sales reports regularly. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations. Qualifications & Skills: 1 to 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of real estate laws and documentation. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Must be located in or willing to work in Sector 49, Gurugram.
