Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and match them with company services.

2. Client Engagement & Meetings

• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
• Pitch business support solutions effectively and persuasively.
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals.

3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Targets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing as per company guidelines.
• Negotiate contract terms and close profitable deals.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide timely support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to the operations team whenever required.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and activity logs.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.

• Basic understanding of business support / BPO / service industry (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience in service-based or business support companies is an added advantage
