Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and sales pitches.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or sales tracker.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure excellent customer experience.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales (0–2 years for entry level / fresher-friendly).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.

Good presentation and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
