Sales Executive

Role Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-House Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an In-House Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their shopping experience, offering product recommendations, and driving in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selections, styling advice, and garment fitting to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Sales Support: Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers, explaining product features and benefits, and handling any questions or concerns.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, seasonal trends, and new arrivals to effectively communicate options and recommendations to customers.

• Inventory Management: Assist with stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise as needed; keep display areas tidy and visually appealing.

• POS Operations: Manage transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

• Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers, encourage repeat business, and maintain customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up.

• Sales Targets: Work toward achieving individual and store sales targets; contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum HS Passed.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in the garment or fashion industry, is preferred but not required.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to actively listen and make customers feel valued.

• Customer-Focused: Friendly and approachable with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.

• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, taking initiative and assisting colleagues as needed.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
