Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Sales & Deal Closure:

  • Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Market Research & Adaptability:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Independent & Team Collaboration:

  • Work independently to achieve sales targets while coordinating with the sales team and other departments.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

  • Address customer concerns with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Make informed decisions to enhance the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.


Salary:

₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
