Job Description

Sales/Consulting Experience : Especially in high-ticket B2C segments (real estate, modular kitchens, home interiors, luxury products). Customer-facing Personality : Warm, confident, persuasive, and patient. Design Sensibility : Ability to talk to clients about aesthetics, layouts, and space utilization. Follow-up Discipline : Strong lead conversion and CRM follow-through. Requirements : Proven B2C sales experience (interiors, real estate, luxury retail, etc.) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Interest or knowledge in home design and architecture Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership Preferred : Bachelor's in Design, Architecture, Business, or related fields Experience with CRM tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
