About the Role:

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Drive daily sales at the kiosk/coffee space by actively promoting products.
  • Conduct cold calls and build connections to target corporate events and bulk orders.
  • Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Manage billing, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Support the team in daily store operations and upkeep.


Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in retail or F&B sales preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Sales-driven mindset with a strong customer-first attitude.
  4. Ability to work in fast-paced environments —

    very important.

  5. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  6. Confidence in approaching potential corporate clients for events and conducting cold calls.
