Job Description

Role & responsibilities Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to generate and qualify leads. Conduct product presentations, demos, and needs assessments virtually. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and run targeted outbound campaigns. Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline information. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements. Handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently. Preferred candidate profile Experience in [Industry] sales (e.g., SaaS, B2B, Telecommunications, Manufacturing). Knowledge of digital sales techniques and sales enablement tools. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
