Sales ExecutiveSales Executive: - (HVAC / Centralised Air Conditioning System / Field Sales) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required:1 – 3 Years in any of the following fields: 🔹 HVAC / Air Conditioning Background:Experience in sales of Split / Cassette / Tower / Ductable / VRF / VRV / Chiller / Cooling Tower / AHU / FCU / Ventilation Systems. 🔹 Building Material / Interior / Electrical Sales: Background:Sold products such as electrical panels, switchgear, lights, cables, wires, plumbing items, DG sets, UPS, tiles, false ceiling, paints, modular kitchen, glass, flooring, wallpaper, or automation products. 🔹 Industrial Product Sales: Background:Experience in selling pumps, motors, compressors, tools, or other MEP-related materials. 🔹 AMC / Service Package Sales Executives: Background:Experience in service-based businesses like HVAC AMC, RO systems, lifts, CCTV, DG set, or related equipment. 🔹 Fresher’s (Technical Education + Good Communication):MBA , ITI / Diploma / B.Tech ( Refrigeration, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Mechanical or Electrical). Reporting To:Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head Hiring Locations & Deployment Zones (Bihar)We are hiring Sales Executives across various zones in Bihar. Candidates will be deployed in their respective home districts or nearby cities. This is a field-based sales role requiring regular market visits, order collection, and dealer/retailer management. Key Responsibilities:·      Visit commercial establishments, architects, contractors, builders, consultants, hospitals, malls, retail shops, industries, and educational institutions to promote HVAC products and services. ·      Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments. ·      Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements. ·      Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and technical solutions. ·      Coordinate with the technical and project teams for solution design and execution. ·      Follow up on leads, manage inquiries, and close sales deals. ·      Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. ·      Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Area Manager. ·      Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager. Eligibility Criteria:·      Education  :  10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in a technical field ·      Education  :  MBA in sales and marketing ·      Experience : 1–3 years (Freshers with technical background can also apply) Age            :  25 to 45 Years
