Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-3 year of B2B sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, presentation, and convincing skills, and will be enthusiastic about driving sales and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B sector.
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, leveraging leads and building a robust sales pipeline.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements :

Experience: 1-3 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Preferred Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.
