Metamind Health is a mental health centre based out of Noida, focused on delivering evidence-based treatments for Trauma, Eating disorder and General mental health conditions. As we get this initiative off the ground, we're looking for passionate sales executive to join and support us in this journey.
What the role includes
• Talking to people who enquire for consultations and understanding what they need
• Building a trusting relationship that helps clients feel supported
• Explaining our therapy process in simple, clear terms
• Following up consistently while maintaining warmth and respect
• Keeping CRM and lead details accurate and updated
• Working on monthly targets while keeping conversations ethical
• Helping improve our sales funnel and creating practical strategies for better conversions
• Supporting partnerships with schools, corporates, hospitals and wellness groups
• Coordinating with therapists, marketing and operations for smooth onboarding
• Sharing observations from client interactions so we can keep improving
Who fits well in this role
• Someone with 3–5 years of experience in sales or client-facing work
• Good at building long-term relationships and staying consistent with follow-ups
• Calm, patient and comfortable handling sensitive conversations
• Organised with CRM and structured work
• Able to explain things simply
• Interested in mental health and willing to learn how to communicate responsibly
• Works well with different teams
