Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our HR software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HRMS systems, and the ability to build lasting client relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
● Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase HR software features and benefits.● Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions.● Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead nurturing and customer feedback.● Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Graduation
● 0–2 years of experience in software/HRMS or B2B sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and CRM tools.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance, etc.) is an advantage.● Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
