Job Title : Sales Executive – Maruti Suzuki Location : Magarpatta / Baner / Kharadi, Pune Region Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Automotive – Passenger Vehicles Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic, customer- oriented, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership team at Magarpatta, Baner, and Kharadi locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the Maruti Suzuki brand with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Engage with walk-in and digital leads to understand customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits. Manage the complete sales lifecycle – from lead generation and customer follow-ups to final delivery and documentation. Promote financing, insurance, extended warranty, exchange offers, and accessories. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the dealership. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and payments using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Insurance, CRM, and Delivery for smooth customer experience. Stay updated on product features, new models, market trends, and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred. 0–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Strong verbal and written communication in English, Marathi, and/or Hindi. Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
