Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: [Sales Manager/Team Lead]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. If you're a motivated and target-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and prospects through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field
- 0-5 years of sales experience (fresher’s with a strong desire to learn and grow are welcome!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
