Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG (P&G Products) Location: Uttarakhand (Multiple Locations) Company: Kalahanu Retail Venture (P) Limited (Authorized Distributor for Procter & Gamble) Job Summary: Kalahanu Retail Venture (P) Limited is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to handle Procter & Gamble (P&G) FMCG products across various territories in Uttarakhand . The role involves primary and secondary sales, retail execution, and market development. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets as assigned. Conduct regular market visits to retailers. Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in outlets. Maintain relationships with retailers, stockists, and distribution points. Ensure timely collections and credit management. Provide daily market feedback and sales reporting. Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum Graduate (preferably in Business or Marketing). Experience: 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (P&G experience is a plus). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
