Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and source potential home loan customers through various channels (DSAs, builders, real estate agents, referrals, cold calls, etc.).
Meet and counsel customers to understand their home loan requirements.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
Maintain relationships with builders, channel partners, and customers to generate consistent business.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and relationship-building ability.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of mortgage products and housing finance industry preferred.
Basic understanding of financial documents and eligibility assessment.
