Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential home loan customers through various channels (DSAs, builders, real estate agents, referrals, cold calls, etc.).
  • Meet and counsel customers to understand their home loan requirements.
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
  • Maintain relationships with builders, channel partners, and customers to generate consistent business.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of mortgage products and housing finance industry preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial documents and eligibility assessment.
