Sales Executive/ Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the solar structureindustry.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance.Identify new business opportunities with EPC contractors, project developers, and largeindustrial clients.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and dispatches through ERP system.Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and sales analysis via ERP.Collaborate with production, design, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in theindustry.Provide periodic MIS reports and updates to management on sales performance andforecasts.Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree / MBA / Diploma in Engineering or Business Management.8-12 years of sales experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role in the solarstructure / renewable energy / steel fabrication industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Odoo / Tally or equivalent).Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth initiatives.Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
