Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team; ensure smooth team handling with strong management skills.
Responsible for achieving business targets for the assigned territory.
Support management in defining and executing effective sales strategies.
Identify potential business opportunities to boost sales and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Drive market expansion by developing new markets and identifying areas for business growth.
Work closely with channel partners to increase business extraction and improve addressability.
Confidently handle channel sales and distributor sales activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit discipline.
Prepare monthly target plans with the Area Sales Manager and set daily/weekly/monthly goals for the team.
Act as the full in-charge of the region and customersserve as a single point of contact internally and externally.
Retain existing customers while developing new business within defined timelines.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and presentations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must know
English, Telugu, and Hindi

Presentable, confident, and strong in verbal & written communication.
Proficient in
MS Office
, especially
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
.
Graduate with prior experience in
Channel Sales / Distributor Sales
.
Proven experience in team handling.
Good understanding of computers and general digital awareness.
