Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for getting orders from dealers and coordinating with area distributors to ensure timely supply of materials.
Collect payments from distributors and dealers within 30 to 45 days.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
Coordinate with management and share feedback on market requirements, new opportunities, and leads through regular market research.
Work closely with area distributors, address their concerns, and communicate with higher authorities for resolutions.
Represent the company by educating dealers and distributors about new schemes and products.
Organize plumber meets and coordinate with higher officials.
Expand sub-dealer networks and strengthen channel relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of
building materials / sanitaryware / pipes / fittings
or related products.
Strong knowledge of the
local market
and established
dealer & sub-dealer network
.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
