Description
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and approach new buyers , wholesalers, garment manufacturers, fashion designers, and exporters. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Handle customer inquiries , provide lace samples, and explain product features. 2. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Follow up on sales leads , convert inquiries into orders, and close deals. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment terms professionally. 3. Product Knowledge & Presentation Develop deep knowledge of lace types (embroidered lace, crochet lace, chemical lace, etc.). Understand fabric specifications such as composition, width, design, GSM , and color options . Prepare and deliver product presentations to customers, including trend insights. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Track market trends , customer preferences, and competitor pricing. Suggest new lace designs or innovations based on customer feedback and trends. Provide regular reports to management on market insights . 5. Order Management Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor order status and resolve any delays, quality issues, or quantity disputes . Maintain accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and invoices. 6. Sales Reporting Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to track customer interactions and performance metrics. 7. Trade Shows & Marketing Support Participate in trade fairs, textile expos , and fashion events to promote lace products. Assist in catalog creation , sample books , and digital promotions.
