As a Client Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Achieving and exceeding set sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team. - Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in order to identify opportunities. - Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients, addressing their queries. - Providing regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager. - Negotiating sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure alignment with company policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred.
