Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new leads for
HIMS & HRMS
through field visits, referrals, and networking
Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate offices to pitch solutions
Conduct product demos and explain system features and benefits
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, Admin Managers, Hospital Management)
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Market & Reporting

Track competitor activity and market trends
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate (MBA in Marketing / HR is an added advantage
Experience in
field sales

SaaS / IT / Healthcare / HR software
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
