We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join the KodNest Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C calling, a proven ability to convert leads into customers, and a strong passion for helping individuals make informed decisions about their career growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts, contributing directly to the organization's success while providing excellent customer experiences.
Lead Conversion
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, providing detailed information about KodNest's offerings.
Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns to drive conversions.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a high conversion rate through consistent and persuasive communication.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and programs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Track and manage leads effectively to ensure a steady sales pipeline.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for improved lead quality.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and industry trends to enhance offerings and sales approaches.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, telecalling, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Sales Expertise: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales activity.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads effectively.
