You will play a crucial role at KodNest in shaping the careers of numerous aspiring tech professionals by providing impactful, hands-on training and mentorship on cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering comprehensive training sessions covering Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, and core concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). - Collaborating with leadership to design and refine Learning Paths, creating structured, industry-aligned educational programs. - Mentoring and guiding students, offering personalized career advice, and assisting them in navigating the competitive job market. - Regularly evaluating training effectiveness, gathering feedback from students, and continuously improving the curriculum. - Staying updated with industry trends and incorporating the latest tech advancements into training courses. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 1-5 years (or more) of relevant experience in software development or technical training. - Strong proficiency in Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub. - Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in an engaging and understandable manner. - Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering students.
