Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive (Male) with a background in Facilities Management Services (FMS) or Construction-related industries. The candidate will be instrumental in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships with customers, service providers, and business associates. This role demands strong field experience and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (builders, facility heads, association reps, etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Field Sales Operations:
• Conduct site visits, pitch services, give demos, and handle face-to-face negotiations.
• Identify high-potential areas and conduct door-to-door or association-based lead generation.
• Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
• Use field intelligence, networking, and market data to generate quality leads.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to suggest new strategies.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and projections to management.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in FMS or Construction-related industries.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Knowledge of CRM software/tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and client meetings.
• Highly self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
