Sales Executive

Job Description: -     We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through Telecalling and online platforms, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a customer-first attitude.     Key Responsibilities of this Role:- ·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products. ·        Follow up with leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and customer inquiries. ·        Provide detailed product information to customers and address their queries effectively. ·        Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. ·        Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers. ·        Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ·        Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. ·        Assist customers with the order placement process, including payment and delivery coordination. ·        Address any issues related to orders, such as delays or product returns.
