Role : Sales Executive-Kanpur

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities in Kanpur. This is a dynamic role involving client outreach, sampling coordination, lead management, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with leads and listen to their requirements and concerns
• Negotiate and close deals, while resolving any client objections effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Gather feedback from clients and prospects to share with internal stakeholders
• Manage phone calls, meeting coordination (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups), and routine communication with leads and clients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and negotiation tactics
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and client engagement
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
