Exciting Career Opportunities in Sales & Equity Dealing

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a client database to identify opportunities for Demat & Trading account openings across India.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads to activate accounts by delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly transactional broking revenue (equity, currency, commodity) equivalent to 3x your CTC.
• Offer insights on investment opportunities and market trends to enhance client portfolio yields.
• Build and maintain a strong client AUM book by acquiring affluent and super-affluent clients.
• Collaborate with senior management for sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  

Role Requirements

• Education: Post Graduate (Higher Secondary may be considered for experienced candidates).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or wealth management, preferably with HNI clients.
• Industry Expertise: Knowledge of broking operations, stock trading, and investment products is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  

Preferred Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year in sales of Demat & Trading accounts, SIPs, Mutual Funds, CASA, or Insurance.
• Proven success in business development, lead generation, or sales.
