SALES EXECUTIVE & INTERIOR DESIGNER

1. INTERIOR DESIGNER : They are responsible for planning, designing, and managing interior spaces, including selecting colors, materials, furniture, and lighting. Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients and making revisions based on their feedback.

Essential Skills:

Creativity and Design Sense with technical Knowledge:Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.), understanding of building codes and regulations. Ability to clearly communicate design ideas, listen to clients, to identify and resolve design challenges, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.

Educational Skills : A bachelor's degree or Diploma certificate in Interior Design or a related field with relevant work experiences , including internship can be beneficial.

2. SALES EXECUTIVE : They are responsible for counter sales by elaborating and explaining about our interior works to the customers displayed in the showroom.

Essential Skills:

• Achieving Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
• Client Relationship Management
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and other terms of sale to secure profitable deals for the company.
• Ability to identify and resolve client issues, analyze market data, and develop effective sales strategies.

Education : Any Bachelor's degree or in business with a flair of selling company's products and services. Sales experience with 1-2 years in the relevant industry (residential construction) is often preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for sales executives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
