Position Summary

We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers who are eager to start their careers in Sales and Business Development within the Life Sciences domain.The role involves learning the sales process, supporting the sales team, interacting with customers, and promoting our range of scientific and analytical instruments.

  • Lumicks – Single-Molecule Analysis & Cell Avidity Platforms
  • Photon Etc. – Hyperspectral Imaging & Spectroscopy Systems
  • RareCyte – Cell Analysis and Imaging Systems
  • Azenta – Automated Biobanking & Sample Management Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving regional sales targets.
  • Learn and assist in the sales cycle – from lead generation to order closure.
  • Participate in product presentations, demos, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
  • Develop an understanding of scientific instruments and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with service and application teams for smooth operations.
  • Gain product knowledge through training sessions and technical briefings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales / customer support / marketing.
  • Skills Required:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in scientific instruments and sales
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet Research)
