Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hotel services, generating room and event sales, building client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
• Conduct sales calls, property visits, and client meetings to promote hotel facilities.
• Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements and group bookings.
• Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly room sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, and Banquet teams for smooth guest handling.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the hotel’s digital and offline marketing strategies.
• Manage social media pages, create promotional posts, and track engagement.
• Support in planning marketing campaigns, seasonal packages, and promotional offers.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Participate in hotel promotions, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Help maintain the hotel’s online presence, including OTA listings (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality sales techniques and market dynamics.
• Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and social media marketing.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
