Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Sales Executive with our Channel Partner Firm, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our real estate offerings. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, closing deals, and contributing to the firms growth within the real estate market. You will work closely with the sales team, channel partners, and developers to achieve sales targets and build a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.

Generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calls, and other sales activities.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and developers.

Client Consultations and Property Presentations:

Meet with potential buyers to understand their requirements and offer tailored property solutions.

Provide comprehensive property presentations to clients, addressing their concerns and queries.

Conduct site visits with clients, showcasing properties and facilitating the buying process.

Negotiation and Closing Sales:

Negotiate property prices, terms, and contracts on behalf of the client and developer.

Close sales by securing agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Stay up to date with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.

Monitor competitors’ offerings and sales strategies to develop effective selling tactics.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure smooth post-sale process by assisting clients with documentation, payments, and legal formalities.

Offer after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration with Channel Partners:

Collaborate closely with channel partners and third-party agents to maximize sales opportunities.

Attend training sessions and product briefings organized by the firm and developers.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven track record in real estate sales or business development (1-3 years preferred).

Experience working with channel partners or in a partner-based sales environment is a plus.

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Knowledge of real estate market trends and legalities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
