Sales Executive

Profile : The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing rental enquiries and sales for rentals vertical. Candidates currently based in North Goa with experience in the hospitality sector preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve rental targets, which is included but not limited to :
• Handle all enquiries and reach out to potential renters through various mediums
• Record all enquiries in a timely manner and maintain the home calendar
• Coordinate and plan all rental stays with local ground team
• Coordinate home maintenance from time to time with Operations team
• Create monthly financials of the rental earnings
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Communicate the month end earnings with homeowners
• Send out MIS for rental homes to the homeowners
• Train the team and keep them motivated

Skills Required

• A young motivated individual, who is eager to learn, be proactive, including and not limited to
• Speaking fluent English, second language is preferred
• Be well versed and efficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Someone who is a go-getter, motivated, can achieve targets, and wants to join a young exciting organization for a long run.
• Someone with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience, preferably at a start-up or own venture
