Location: On-field (Mandideep, Bhopal & Nearby) Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a hungry, energetic, and street-smart Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively visit the field, approach potential clients, generate leads, and help close deals. You will represent the brand, build relationships, and support marketing activities to grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to schools, coaching institutes, and local businesses. Identify potential clients, pitch our services, and book meetings. Support in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion. Assist in marketing activities like campaigns, promotions, and local branding. Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and service delivery. Salary Expectation - Base Pay for Fresher : 12,000+ Experienced : 15,000 to 25,000+ Incentives : 10,000 to 25,000 Rs Skills & Requirements: Strong communication & negotiation skills. Confidence in meeting people face-to-face. Basic understanding of marketing is a plus. Must be self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
