Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ayodhya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating home loan leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will need to understand each client's financial needs, provide suitable loan products, and achieve sales targets. The role will also involve continuous market research to keep up with housing finance trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
Ability to conduct market research and analyze housing finance trends
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Prior experience in housing finance or banking is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
