We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and coordinating sales. Key products are Essential oils, fragrance oils, carrier oils, Butters and wax for health care and cosmetic industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services. Explain product features, answer questions, and address customer concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software. 2. Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts between sales teams, customers, and internal departments. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales presentations and proposals. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests for information. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide support and information to customers to enhance their experience with our products or services. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining sales databases and preparing reports on sales activities and outcomes. Coordinate meetings and appointments related to sales activities. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
