Sales Executive

Responsible for tracking all expenses, invoice, people salaries, GST file prep for CA, daily settlements, Employee Roaster management, Inventory Management etc

Daily Duties

- Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

- Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service

- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone everyday.

- Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

- Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedure

- Update EoD Settlement sheet & ensure there is minimum discrepancy.

- Disburse cash for expenses from the expense account and ensure expenses are managed in Quickbooks with scanned bills and is balancing with Expense account

- Maintain all physical bills in the expense book. For small expenses where bill is not possible create a voucher and maintain that.

- Do audit of all bills to ensure that procurement of goods is happening on effective pricing.

- Create a roaster for all employees.

- Maintain inventory sheet of Socks, Staff T-shirts, Bands, etc

Monthly Activities :

Submit a file to CA with all expenses & invoice details for GST reconciliation

- Prepare a monthly report for People Overtime, Attendance and late reporting penalties, People Vacation Tracker

- Prepare a monthly sheet for Salary disbursement after accounting for all overtime, leaves & penalties. Review the same with Facility head before doing the final transfers

Key Requiremenrts:

- Previous office experience preferred

- Strong communication/interpersonal skills

- Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

- Solid computer skills

- Highly-motivated and reliable

- Graduate Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
