Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting identified Retail Channel Partners to 2x their delivery for GPL Pune. Their role includes ensuring a robust MIS, coordinating sales activities between GPL Sales Mgrs, PMO and the RCPs, pipeline building from the GPL Programme leads & training for usage of tech (CRM) on-ground. To be a successful sales coordinator, one should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. He/she should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
1. Meeting Channel Partners to built relation for Business Development
2. Giving training to CPs regarding Offers, Bookings & Campaign knowledge
3. Taking follow ups from CPs
4. Helping the RCP to improve their productivity by campaigns.
5. Driving a robust MIS
6. Capturing qualitative customer feedback to improve sourcing
7. Sharing customer insights of how a sale can be closed
8. Supporting in customer service to arrange appointments and ensure all allocated RCPs have the necessary support to work with.
9. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's or Masters degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Basic sales exposure and will travel with sales team for property launch.
3. Good team development and leadership skills.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
7. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
8. Updated on current affairs.
