Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning, booking, and organizing travel experiences including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert travel advice and personalized recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences
• Book flights, hotels, travel insurance, tours, and transport
• Create customized itineraries and travel packages
• Stay updated with travel regulations, visa requirements, and health/safety protocols
• Handle client queries, complaints, and changes professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
• Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers
• Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to ensure the best client experience
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a travel agency or hospitality industry (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of popular travel destinations, booking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and bookings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
• Experience in Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
