Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive-General Trade located in Shillong. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include coordinating with the distribution network, executing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using sales reporting tools and software
  • Experience in FMCG or relevant industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
