Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garments and apparel sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
• Research market trends to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams for client requirements.
• Represent Blaze at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the garments/apparel industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment manufacturing, and fashion trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
