About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to join our on-ground team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching digital marketing services, and converting prospects into clients through direct field engagement. Candidates with experience in digital marketing sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential clients
• Pitch Gahraaiyan Digital’s range of services, including but not limited to: ▫ Social Media Marketing ▫ Website Development ▫ SEO ▫ Google & Meta Ads ▫ Branding, Influencer Marketing, Video Production, and more
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions
• Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, and conversions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Report performance and progress to the Sales Manager on a regular basis

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (field sales preferred)
• Experience in digital marketing sales is an added advantage
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (UG/PG – any stream)
• Self-motivated and goal-driven personality

Compensation & Incentives

Annual CTC Potential:

• UG: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
• PG: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
