Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Shift: US

Working Hours: 6 PM – 4 AM or 9 PM – 7 AM, 5 days a week. (Willingness to work on weekends is required).

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated freshers to join our sales team as Sales Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to begin their career in sales, learn customer handling and lead conversion processes, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective customers through phone calls and digital communication channels
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, service-related information
• Follow up with leads effectively and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and leads
• Consistently achieve assigned individual sales targets
• Ensure a positive, professional, and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
