  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer details, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients and maintain proper documentation.
