Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless product understanding and client servicing.
• Support in developing and promoting polymer compounds, masterbatches, and additives based on market requirements.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to understand product performance, applications, and customer-specific customization.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor insights.
• Assist in client communication, technical presentations, and proposal development.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance.
• Handle customer queries with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
