Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Lucofast Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for expanding the market presence and accelerating retail penetration across key territories in Pune, Maharashtra. Your role will involve achieving monthly sales, revenue, and distribution targets, expanding the retail footprint by onboarding new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring product availability, visibility, and merchandising, executing trade marketing initiatives and promotional programs, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, tracking competitor activities, monitoring stock levels, and submitting daily sales reports, beat plans, and activity updates. You will play a crucial role in driving primary & secondary sales, activating outlets, and ensuring strong visibility for Lucofast in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and distribution targets for assigned territories. - Expand Lucofast's retail footprint by onboarding new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across all mapped outlets. - Execute trade marketing initiatives, in-store activations, and promotional programs. - Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists. - Track competitor activities and share actionable market insights. - Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth supply-chain coordination. - Submit daily sales reports (DSR), beat plans, and activity updates. - Support Area Sales Manager in driving strategic executions and market expansion. Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of FMCG sales experience (Beverages, Packaged Foods, Snacks, Hydration preferred). - Strong understanding of GT/HoReCa retail landscapes. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and field execution skills. - Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Two-wheeler preferred for daily market visits.
