Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Salesforce CRM Solutions

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Salesforce CRM implementation and managed services in the Indian market.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and industry events, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, Salesforce ecosystem partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses, tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals in line with company goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to define go-to-market strategies and ensure client success.
  • Track pipeline, client interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM while providing regular sales updates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.

What we are looking for?

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within Salesforce CRM or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, licensing models, deal structures, and solution offerings.
  • Experience in pre-sales, deal shaping, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills with strong negotiation ability.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with multiple industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is a plus.
